Role Overview

As a Training Facilitator for our SME Program at trainerz, you will be the dynamic face and voice of our online and face-to-face training initiatives.


You will design, develop, and deliver engaging presentations that empower SME entrepreneurs, business leaders, and various professionals.


Your role is pivotal in bringing our comprehensive course material to life, ensuring learners gain practical skills and insights that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitation and Delivery:

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions (both in-person and online) for SME Program participants.

Deliver presentations with charisma and confidence, ensuring clarity and impact.

Facilitate webinars, workshops, and one-on-one tutoring sessions.

 

Content Development:

Collaborate with the content team to design, develop, and update course materials, including presentations, case studies, and assessments.

Draft clear, concise, and engaging content for training modules.

 

Audience Engagement:

Lead training sessions with energy and charisma, ensuring active participation and clear understanding.

Adapt delivery methods to suit diverse learning styles and participant needs.

 

Research & Analysis:

Stay current with trends in business, politics, and economics to inform and enhance training content.

Engage in research and analysis to continuously improve course material and training methods.

 

Client-Centric Approach:

Embrace a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service to our learners.

Provide exceptional service to learners, ensuring their needs are met and their learning experience is transformative.

Offer personalized support and guidance to participants, helping them apply concepts to their businesses.

 

Public Engagement:

Represent trainerz in media interviews (radio, TV, podcasts, etc.) and industry events.

Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the values and mission of trainerz.

Maintain clear, professional, and articulate communication in all formats.

 

 

Team Collaboration:

Lead and contribute to teams of content co-creators, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Key Skills and Competencies

Presentation & Facilitation:

Ability to design and deliver engaging presentations with a charismatic flair.

Comfortable with public speaking and facilitating both in-person and online sessions.

 

Communication:

Excellent command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Strong public speaking and presentation skills, both in-person and online.

 

Technical Proficiency:

Utilize MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create and deliver training materials.

Leverage online meeting apps, AI tools, and other technologies to enhance training delivery.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and general IT tools (mobile devices, online search, AI tools, etc.).

Relevant Experience

Training & Facilitation:

Experience in delivering training sessions or presentations, preferably in both face-to-face and online environments.

 

Content Development:

Experience in drafting content or working with training materials is advantageous.

 

Technical Tools:

Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office and various digital communication tools.

 

Industry Interest:

A background or keen interest in business, politics, and economics is highly desirable.
