As our Digital Creator, you will lead the creation and design of all digital assets for trainerz and Lawyerz.
In this role, you are responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing visually captivating content that spans multiple platforms—be it for our YouTube channel, training materials, or digital marketing initiatives.
Your role is crucial in shaping our brand's visual identity and ensuring our content is engaging and impactful. You will collaborate with various teams to bring their visions to life and contribute to the overall success of Lawyerz and trainerz.
Your work will ensure our digital presence is both consistent and cutting-edge, reinforcing our brand identity and engaging with our global audience.

Digital Content Creation:
Design and produce high-quality video clips for YouTube, training materials, and other digital platforms.
Create engaging digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, website visuals, and email campaigns.
Develop and maintain brand visual guidelines.
Produce engaging motion graphics and animations.
Creative Collaboration and Conceptualisation:
Collaborate with marketing, training, business and legal consulting teams to understand their visual needs.
Brainstorm and develop creative concepts and storyboards.
Provide creative input and feedback on projects.
Develop innovative visual concepts and design strategies that align with our brand and marketing goals.
Technical Proficiency:
Utilize industry-standard design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital design trends and technologies.
Manage and organize digital assets.
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Maintain organized project files and documentation.
Ensure consistency and quality across all digital assets.
Oversee the entire production process from ideation through to final output, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Trend Analysis:
Stay updated on the latest design trends, digital technologies, and best practices to continually innovate and enhance our visual content.
Propose and implement new ideas to enhance the quality and impact of our digital content.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all digital assets maintain a consistent visual identity and adhere to brand guidelines.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design software.

Experience with animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender) is a plus.

We are willing to train and develop the right candidates that can demonstrate their creative and innovative digital creating abilities, or that can provide a portfolio of evidence demonstrating their ability to create, innovate and/or develop visual digital assets.
Digital Design Experience:
Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and animation.
Portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.
Video Production Experience:
Experience in producing and editing video content.
Digital Marketing Experience:
Familiarity with digital marketing principles and practices.
Professional Background:
Proven experience as a digital designer, multimedia specialist, or in a similar creative role.
Portfolio:
A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, video production, animation, and digital storytelling.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience working in a creative agency, startup, or digital marketing environment is a plus.
Tool Proficiency:
Demonstrated mastery of design and editing tools, along with familiarity with current digital trends and technologies.
