Initially, our focus is on our training academy, with plans to expand into legal and business consulting over the next 24 months.

 

About You

We’re looking for an energetic and client-centric Client Service Consultant to join our team and be the vital communication link between our clients and our service streams.

Role Overview

As a Client Service Consultant (CSC) at Lawyerz, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and learners, ensuring a professional and positive experience. You will serve as the essential communication bridge between our clients/learners and our various service streams.


Initially, you will focus on our trainerz training academy, managing client interactions, address queries and concerns, and ensure that every client and/or learner experience is seamless and exceptional.


Over the next 24 months, you will expand your role to include our legal and business consulting services, becoming a comprehensive liaison for all our offerings.


Your contribution is pivotal in representing our brand values and upholding our commitment to client satisfaction and building strong relationships as we expand our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication:

Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Provide clear and accurate information about our training programs, legal, and business consulting services.

Collaborate with internal teams across the training academy—and later, legal and business consulting—to ensure cohesive service delivery.

 

Learner Support (trainerz Focus Initially):

Assist learners with registration, course access, and technical support.

Address learner queries and resolve issues efficiently.

Gather and relay learner feedback to the training team.

 

Business Understanding:

Develop a deep understanding of our business model, service offerings, and target audience.

Stay updated on industry trends and developments.

 

Administrative Tasks:

Manage client databases and ensure data accuracy.

Update and maintain client information and interactions on our inhouse systems.  

Prepare reports and documentation as needed.

 

Client-Centric Approach:

Embrace a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Proactively identify and address client needs.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

Key Skills and Competencies

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse audiences.

 

Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools.

Strong general IT skills, including mobile phones, and online meeting applications.

 

Problem-Solving and Analysis:

Ability to analyse client issues and provide effective solutions.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and provide prompt, effective resolutions.

 

Multitasking & Time Management:

Ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

 

Adaptability:

Relevant Experience

Client Service:

Proven track record in client service or customer support roles, managing inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.

Experience in a client service or customer support role.

Experience in handling client inquiries and resolving issues.

 

Technical Tools:

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and a broad range of IT tools essential for modern client engagement.

 

Administrative:

Experience with administrative tasks and data management.

 

Industry Interest:

A keen interest in training, business, legal, or consulting services is advantageous, helping you quickly learn and understand our business model.
